The Sales and Team Manager - ONTARIO - REMOTE will play a key role in sales growth and sourcing top-tier talent to grow your team. - Develop and implement strategies to expand and grow your sales.
- Work closely with the sales team to convert given leads into valuable income.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clients receive high-quality service and solutions that meet their needs.
- Lead hiring efforts to attract, evaluate, and hire high-quality talent across various locations.
- Manage the full recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Develop and implement innovative hiring strategies, leveraging social media and platforms to identify top candidates.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in both sales growth and team management beneficial.
