Role Description
The Sales associate and Recruiter will assist in the execution of recruiting, including:
- Learning our CRM programs
- Job ad creation
- Screening of candidates for various job positions
- Weekly reporting
- Making sales calls to businesses offering our recruiting services
Additionally, this person will provide backup assistance and administrative support to others on our team.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Common sense and solid people skills
- Independent thinker, able to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines consistently
- Able to supervise direct reports
- Proficient in Internet and multi-line phone systems
- Ability to quickly learn new programs
- Detail oriented, reliable, friendly, patient, and have a positive attitude
- Confidentiality is a must amongst clients
- Able to work at a quick pace and be a team-oriented person
