Role Description
As a mid-level Sales / Account Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind expanding our client base and fostering strong customer relationships. You’ll identify new opportunities, close deals, and nurture existing partnerships.
- Prospect, qualify, and manage leads in a global remote work environment.
- Conduct product demonstrations and negotiate contract terms.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
- Monitor sales metrics and forecast revenue accurately.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Represent our brand at industry events and conferences.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of B2B sales or account management experience.
- Demonstrable success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Comfortable using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Ability to adapt sales tactics to various customer segments.
- Team-oriented approach with a self-starter attitude.
