Role Description

The Revenue Operations Manager will play a central role in building and maintaining the organization’s analytical and reporting framework. Reporting to our CEO, you will drive operational excellence by surfacing data-driven insights. You will work closely with the Leadership Team and each global region to understand our win/loss trends, key customer insights, and GTM efficiency. You will also be responsible for managing the underlying systems and data organization necessary to derive meaningful insights.

  • Collaborate closely with the leadership team to assess and vet the potential for different revenue initiatives based on historical performance.
  • Provide recurring briefings to the leadership team on the effectiveness of various demand gen efforts.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards against key growth objectives.
  • Lead quarterly win/loss analyses providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Audit and clean-up existing processes; create new, improved revenue-related processes where needed.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across different departments to problem solve revenue operations issues.
  • Serve as the internal owner of and expert in the CRM (Hubspot) and other revenue-related platforms.
  • Align with the finance team to ensure the CRM can support invoicing and other finance-related processes.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field.
  • Deep knowledge of and experience with Hubspot.
  • Experience with data enrichment tools and LinkedIn.
  • Proven ability to set up revenue operations infrastructure and reporting, including sales and marketing KPIs.
  • Experience in businesses with outbound-driven demand generation motions.
  • Experience with technology-enabled sales.
  • Experience with segmentation; both longer, strategic enterprise sales and tactical, faster project-based sales.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication.
  • Able to project manage the needs and requests of multiple stakeholders.
  • Analytical and data-driven.
  • Curious, inquisitive mindset.
  • Highly organized.
