Role Description
This role involves assisting guests with booking their travel dates and confirming their upcoming reservations.
- Answer inbound calls from guests who purchased a promotional vacation getaway
- Assist with booking travel dates and general questions
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Address escalated customer service issues
- Help deliver on arrivals and increase revenue for the department
- Guarantee tour volume for the resorts
- Package retention and selling of dates
Training Hours (6 Weeks):
- Orientation Day (Friday) – Arrive at 9:00am to pick up equipment at our Wyndham Location
- Weeks 1 – 2: Monday through Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
- Weeks 3 – 6: Monday through Friday 11:00am - 7:00pm
Post Training Hours:
- Four days during the week: 12:30pm to 9:00pm
- Saturday or Sunday: 9:00am to 6:00pm
- Off one weekend day and one day mid-week (Current hours are subject to change based on business needs)
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- 1+ years of customer service, reservations, or equivalent experience a plus
- 1+ years of call center experience preferred
- Proficient working with Microsoft Office is preferred
- Sales experience highly preferred

- Ability to work flexible shifts to include weekdays, evenings, and weekends to suit business needs
