Role Description
This role involves providing remote consultation services to clients regarding their insurance coverage options.
- Hosting Virtual Consultations – Meet with individuals & families via Zoom to help them understand their coverage options.
- Helping Clients Enroll – Walk them through the process, answer questions, and make sure they get the protection they need.
- Providing Ongoing Support – Be the go-to person for policy updates, questions, and claims assistance.
- Keeping It Organized – Maintain client records & stay up to date on industry best practices.
- Collaborating with an Awesome Team – Learn from the best and grow with a supportive, high-energy team.
Qualifications
- Coachable & Ready to Learn – You don’t need experience, just a strong work ethic and a great attitude.
- Solid Communication Skills – You’ll be chatting with clients, so confidence is key.
- Self-Motivated & Disciplined – No micromanaging here—you set your schedule and make it happen.
- Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using Zoom, emails, and Windows-based software.
- Time Management Boss – Ability to stay organized and crush goals independently.
- Reliable Setup – Windows laptop/PC, strong internet connection, and a working camera required.
