Role Description

This role involves developing and strengthening relationships with our clients, ensuring they get the most value out of Mixilo. This role is primarily focused on account management and strategic consulting, helping clients optimize their paid media strategies using our platform. Additionally, you will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, providing insights to improve Mixilo’s offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Account Management & Client Success (70%)
    • Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring their engagement, retention, and satisfaction with Mixilo.
    • Understand client needs and business objectives, guiding them on how to leverage Mixilo for their paid media strategies best.
    • Analyze campaign performance data and proactively suggest optimizations to improve ROAS and efficiency.
    • Develop client success plans, track progress, and identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
    • Lead onboarding and training sessions, ensuring clients fully understand and utilize Mixilo’s capabilities.
    • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive renewals and upsells.
  • Product & Technical Support (30%)
    • Work closely with the product team to communicate client feedback, pain points, and feature requests.
    • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving tracking, attribution, or integration issues in collaboration with data science and engineering teams.
    • Stay updated on Mixilo’s latest features and industry trends to continuously add value to clients.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, client success, or digital marketing consulting (preferably in MarTech or AdTech).
  • Very good knowledge of paid media optimization and performance analytics.
  • Experience managing and growing relationships with enterprise-level clients.
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong Excel skills (to be demonstrated).
