Role Description
We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Partner Manager to join our team at GetResponse, focusing on the EMEA region! In this exciting role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing and nurturing new referral partnerships that drive revenue growth. You'll have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with partners, equipping them with the tools and support they need to promote our innovative products effectively.
- Build and nurture a strong network of new and existing referral partners
- Negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with company standards, product pricing, and legal guidelines
- Provide training, resources, and ongoing support to help partners effectively promote GetResponse MAX products
- Monitor partner performance, support them in meeting sales quotas, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Maintain strong, positive relationships with partners, ensuring a consistent flow of leads
- Engage in marketing actions, events, and trade shows to maximize brand presence and partner success
Qualifications
- Experience with a referral partnership model, including 2+ years in a similar position
- Understanding of what makes partner relationships successful
- Experience managing partners in the SaaS industry
- Outbound approach to business development
- Experience training sales partner teams
- Proactive, "hunter" attitude
- Fluency in both English and Polish
Requirements
- Contract of employment: 6 000 – 10 000 PLN gross/month
- B2B contract: 319 – 583 PLN net/man/day
