Role Description

We are looking for a seasoned Partnerships Manager with a passion for innovation and experience coaching partner executives to success. This role will be a pioneer in Blackbaud’s pursuit to become partner-obsessed and platform-focused.

Build and execute partner business plans focused on short- and long-term goals to impact revenue while driving partner profitability
Execute co-sell engagement to achieve short-term objectives from booked revenue to retention
Evangelize partner solutions and capability across the sales organization, clearly articulating the partner value proposition while fostering proactive engagement with field sellers
Increase commitment from field sellers to scale through partnership; execute integrated selling initiatives; combine resources to market, sell & deliver solutions
Influence executive partner relationships as a trusted advisor with empathy and authentic care
Drive quarterly business review and other ROBs to track progress against goals and commitments; collaborate for revenue and scorecard impact
Establish territory sales plans and drive monthly pipeline reviews to ensure success
Measure and manage partners’ success to maximize win-win results and strategic investments
Review and assess the technology industry and landscape regularly, looking for key trends, shifts in market leadership, and new disruptive cloud technologies
Organize and orchestrate co-sell days with Blackbaud sales teams to drive excellence through a structured, data-driven approach

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in achieving revenue through business development of SaaS solutions
3+ years of software and cloud solution-based sales to senior business decision makers
Executive presence to influence and impact clients and partner executives
Fluency in industry trends with an eye on market insight, technical conditions, and future direction
Demonstrated success in performing work and managing complex and/or large consulting projects
Innovative sky’s-the-limit thinking with the ability to envision and architect new GTM motions
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred
