Role Description

We are seeking a Market Manager, Services to join American Tower’s growing services business. You will execute and deliver our turnkey services offering within a defined geographical area, having direct oversight of all soft-cost, pre-construction, and construction phases through integration and customer acceptance.

• Lead an execution team of real estate project managers and construction managers.
• Responsible for delivery performance, customer communications, data integrity, resource planning, and financial goals in your assigned territory.
• Accountable for delivering results that meet or exceed targets and for building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Lead customer and vendor deployment meetings.
• Establish team goals.
• Act as the escalation path for issue resolution within your area.
• Collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams that directly support our services business.
