Role Description
The Inside Sales Consultant or sales person role sells solar energy products or services to consumers. Their priority is to make a genuine human connection with potential customers with the intent to qualify and vet solar as a viable energy solution for their home and families.
- Handle inbound pre-qualified transfer leads through a dialer
- Explore pricing, sale terms, and provide custom solar proposals
- Drive solar projects from point of sale to installation
- Use Sunrun's core values to drive meaningful impact with customers
Qualifications
- The ability to communicate fluently in English is essential
- Fluency in another language besides English is a plus
- Basic digital literacy; experience using Salesforce.com or a similar CRM is a bonus
- Previous sales experience is encouraged
- Demonstrated passion for relationship building, customer service, and continuous self-improvement
- Excel in a remote team setting, working effectively in an ever-evolving environment
