Role Description
This role involves supporting Major Account Managers in achieving New Unit Sales objectives by:
- Executing customer-specific strategies to secure meetings and presentation appointments, facilitating engagement with Major Account Managers.
- Preparing and configuring customer-specific quotes, coordinating requests for Special Engineered products, and working to secure custom discounts.
- Collaborating with other Sales Account Representatives on multi-country or global Request for Quotes (RFQs).
- Managing customer-specific projects from order to installation, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Assisting in driving key activities within the HYMH and dealer organizations to improve response times and ensure quick resolution of customer activities.
- Developing strong relationships with dealer sales and service teams to ensure excellent customer servicing and collaborating with other team members to maintain top-tier service standards.
- Maintaining and updating sales records and customer information in Salesforce.
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Continuously developing and maintaining thorough knowledge of the company’s products and services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
- 5-7 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a Sales role or a demonstrated history of goal achievement in Business Development or Sales Development.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish).
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in the lift truck or related industries, with solid product and application knowledge.
- Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, Warehouse Management Systems, or similar platforms.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
