Role Description

As the Market Entry Director, you’ll lead the exciting challenge of opening a new source market for our existing group travel brands.

Develop and execute a strategy to launch and grow a new source market for Ventura TRAVEL’s brands.
Conduct research on the target audience, market trends, and competition.
Collaborate with brand directors and departments (Marketing, Customer Success, IT) to align efforts.
Coordinate marketing campaigns tailored to the new market to drive engagement with our Marketing Team.
Set and track KPIs to measure success and adjust strategies.
Manage the budget for market entry, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
Represent Ventura TRAVEL in the new market, building brand awareness and reputation.

Travel Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the group travel industry and source markets.
Marketing Acumen: A proven track record of crafting successful marketing strategies for new markets.
Communication Skills: Clear, concise, and effective communication in all interactions.
