Role Description
The Head of Corporate Development and Alliances is responsible for developing and implementing an inorganic growth strategy that is aligned to our organisational strategy.
- Manage our strategic alliance lifecycle to increase growth in our core learning and development market.
- Extend our total addressable market through diversification opportunities.
- Create, prioritise and manage a pipeline of inorganic growth opportunities.
- Work across functions and regions to integrate alliances and acquisitions into Insights’ current organisation.
- Collaborate closely with our Executive and Board.
Qualifications
- Background in practice and/or industry, particularly within corporate development or corporate finance roles.
- Strong analytical skills to identify and leverage industry trends.
- Experience working at the Executive and Board level.
- Ability to build and maintain a robust network of industry contacts.
- CA or ACCA qualification (not mandatory).
Requirements
- Strategic mindset combining analytics, innovation, and commercial acumen.
- Results-oriented with strong attention to detail and excellent planning skills.
- Ability to manage risks effectively and ensure timely project delivery.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to forge connections across all levels of the organization.
- Experience in collaborative working and continuous development.
- Adaptability in communication style to suit different personalities and cultural contexts.
