Role Description
This role involves managing field underwriting processes and providing support to clients in a remote setting.
- Consult with clients to assess needs and recommend appropriate life and supplemental coverage
- Guide clients through the benefits enrollment process with clarity and care
- Respond to inquiries and provide ongoing client support
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to compliance standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless service experience
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate virtual tools and digital systems
- Previous experience in customer service, consulting, or sales is beneficial but not required
- Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt in a dynamic remote environment
Requirements
- A Windows-based laptop or desktop with reliable internet connection and functioning camera
- Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the United States
