Role Description

As an Appointment Setter, you will:

  • Schedule qualified appointments for our sales team using proven scripts.
  • Build rapport and create strong first impressions over the phone.
  • Overcome objections with confidence and maintain high-quality interactions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of outbound appointment-setting experience.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and persuade over the phone.
  • High-speed internet and a quiet home office environment.
  • US-based applicants only.

Requirements

  • High Earnings Potential – Earn $50-$65 per qualified appointment, plus a Dialing Bonus to compensate for time spent on the phone.
  • Top performers make $70K-$100K+ annually.
  • Training Bonus – Receive $250 after completing training to get started strong.
  • Remote & Flexible – Work from home on your schedule (minimum 30 hours per week required).
  • Pre-Qualified Leads – Engage with individuals who are already interested in estate planning—no cold calling.
