Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for an Entry Level Financial Services (Entry Level). You will be responsible for:
- Educating potential clients about life insurance options
- Assisting clients in choosing the right policies to meet their needs
- Processing applications
- Collecting premiums
- Maintaining customer records
Strong communication and customer service skills are essential in this role.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain complex information in simple terms
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Highly motivated and target-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills
- Must have or be willing to obtain the required licenses and certifications
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
- Knowledge of life insurance products and industry regulations is a plus
