Role Description
We are looking for a Director - Sales Strategy & Operations to join our Nebius team! This role is a leadership position that will partner directly with our sales leadership team to shape and execute Nebius’ go-to-market strategy and drive operational excellence across the full revenue lifecycle for our US market.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, process, and execution, and requires strong partnership with cross-functional teams across Sales, Finance, Product, and Marketing to drive predictable revenue growth. You will own sales planning, performance management, forecasting, and operational excellence, while acting as a trusted advisor to senior sales leaders. This is a high-impact role with visibility across the commercial organization.
You can work remotely from the United States (East Coast preferred).
Your responsibilities will include:

Sales Strategy & Planning:

Partner with Sales Leadership to define and execute on go-to-market strategies that are aligned to the company’s growth goals.

Lead annual and quarterly sales planning, including territory design, capacity modeling, and quota setting.

Support the go-to-market strategy for the US market, including segment definition, coverage model, and sales motions.

Oversee quarterly and annual business reviews with clear, data-driven insights and recommendations.

Operational Excellence & Process Optimization:

Design, optimize and scale sales processes across the sales funnel to promote deal velocity.

Own sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting.

Establish and monitor key KPIs and dashboards to assess business performance, along with the needed operating cadences to drive accountability.

Improve sales productivity through process simplification, tooling, and enablement initiatives.

Data, Insights & Performance Management:

Translate insights into actionable strategies that influence investment decisions, resource allocation, and GTM priorities.

Promote data-driven decision-making as a core operational discipline across the sales function.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Act as a key liaison between Sales, Finance, Product, and Marketing.

Support alignment between demand generation, sales execution, and target setting.

Drive change management with cross-functional teams for new processes, tools, or operating models.
Qualifications

8-15+ years in Revenue/Sales Operations or related roles, including 3+ years managing teams.

Demonstrated success in scaling sales operations and building processes in high-growth SaaS/tech environments.

Strong problem solver with expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, and data-driven decision making.

Good communicator and influencer with a track record of building trust across Senior Stakeholders.

Ability to bring structure to ambiguity, ruthlessly prioritize, and execute at pace.

Proficiency with sales productivity tools; experience driving adoption and optimization.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA a plus.

Compensation
We offer competitive US compensation packages between $200k and $285k OTE (On Target Earnings) + equity based on experience.
