Role Description

As the Director, Sales Operations, International you’ll be responsible for ensuring our International Sales Teams achieve their ambitious goals. This involves:

  • Setting and monitoring critical metrics across our prospect and customer journeys
  • Optimizing and redesigning sales processes
  • Providing support and guidance to Sales Leadership
  • Driving a culture of Excellence and Accountability across the organization

In this role you’ll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Product, and Channel Teams to align sales strategies and activities with the overall business objectives and customer needs.

What You’ll Do

  • Work in close partnership with region sales leader to design and execute on strategic plans to drive growth
  • Collaborate with Sales and GTM leadership to drive the strategy and execution of capacity planning, productivity review, territory carving, quota design, and headcount allocation
  • Own, develop and deliver sales performance reports, dashboards, and KPIs, sharing critical conversion, attainment, and actionable insights to guide strategic decision-making and drive accountability
  • Use data to unearth and optimize all aspects of our customer lifecycle from lead generation through retention and renewal
  • Provide support setting the rules of engagement across the Sales team with clear responsibilities and opportunity ownership
  • Work closely with Sales Compensations Team on Design and Implementation of compensation structures that align with our Sales Objectives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on behalf of the region sales leader to drive the needs of the sales team
  • Develop, manage, and mentor a team of analysts

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Deep expertise in sales automation, CRM, Planning & Forecasting
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Gong, Salesforce, and PowerPoint
  • Proficient data visualization skills (PowerBI or similar platforms)
  • Ability to work independently as well as with teams across the business
  • Ability to interpret data, not just present it
  • Self-motivated, takes clear ownership and initiative, and knows when to seek guidance
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, capacity to manage multiple priorities
