[Hiring] Community Liaison/Account Manager @UHS

Role Description

The Community Liaison/Account Manager will work remotely with our child and adolescent facility. The ideal candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule and be willing to travel.

• Serves as liaison between the facility, the community, and referring agencies.
• Presents a positive and professional public image of the facility within Texas and surrounding states.
• Creates demand for the facility’s services through effective application of ethical marketing principles and sales methods.
• Implements the facility’s strategic sales plan for assigned territory.
• Enhances facility’s brand/image and effectively manages assigned accounts to meet departmental and facility business development goals.
• Performs duties in accordance with the facility’s mission, values, policies, and behavioral standards.
• Reports to the Business Development Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field required.
• Prior marketing and/or sales experience within a behavioral healthcare setting preferred.
• Three (3) years minimum documented experience in referral development, account management, sales growth, and physician relationships preferred.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Successfully complete a drug test.
• Successfully pass a national background check.
• Willing to travel, including overnight travel as required.
• A valid state driver license required.
• Excellent Customer Service Skills.
• Demonstrate business development concepts, sales abilities, competency in computer usage.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Data collection analysis and interpretation.
• Record of adherence to deadlines.
• Demonstrate tact, resourcefulness, patience, and dedication in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of and skills in application of marketing and sales principles.
• Creativity and flexibility.
