Role Description
This role involves managing software maintenance renewal contracts within the North America domain territory through existing customer accounts.
- Coordinating and processing software maintenance contracts and lease renewals
- Lead generation through marketing events and cold calling
- Qualify and process leads and phone sales queries
- Ability to describe product overview to customers/prospects
- Proactive selling of training courses
- Assist in follow up with existing customers on introduction of new product features
- Complete customer procurement forms (vendor registration forms, delivery and follow up on credit reference forms, etc.)
- Update and maintain sales database (SalesForce.com)
- Work with Marketing on lead generation activities
- Support of field-based sales team with lead generation and growth within account
- Perform other sales administration duties as required
Qualifications
- 2-3 years’ plus in inside sales/lead qualification or similar role
- Engineering software industry experience is advantageous
- Adept at building relationships and creating an excellent rapport with customers
- Proven ability to qualify and sell a technical product over the phone
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office, CRM System)
- Strong organizational skills/ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable working proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with attention to detail
Requirements

- Excellent IT knowledge (Microsoft® Office, CRM, etc.)
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent multi-tasking ability
