Role Description

We’re expanding our Channel team and looking for a Channel Account Manager who will own and grow our partner ecosystem. In this role, you’ll manage relationships with key channel partners—such as distributors, VARs, MSPs, and integrators—to drive new customer acquisition and revenue.

  • Empower partners with the right tools, training, and joint go-to-market efforts
  • Collaborate closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
  • Represent Solink at key industry events

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or alliances roles, preferably in physical security, SaaS, or networking
  • Successfully managed and grown a book of channel partners like VARs, MSPs, or distributors
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust and mindshare with partners
  • Clear, persuasive, and audience-focused communication skills
  • Fluent in pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking in CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot

Requirements

  • Candidates must undergo a criminal records check upon hire
  • Eligible to work in Canada or the USA
  • Be willing to comply with Solink’s own security policies and standards

What Will You Do?

  • Manage a portfolio of distributors, VARs, MSPs, and integrators
  • Cultivate long-term partnerships by understanding partner needs and delivering continuous value
  • Activate and enable partners to generate leads and close deals
  • Build and execute channel-specific GTM plans, including co-branded campaigns and product positioning
  • Design and lead partner onboarding, certification, and training programs
  • Monitor partner pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and revenue attainment
  • Contribute to key initiatives such as launching a tiered partner program and driving regional expansion
