Role Description
This role involves developing relationships with prospective clients and supporting the sales team in achieving business goals.
- Follow up with inbound leads, qualifying their fit for Blytheco’s software and services
- Research and identify potential clients in target market(s) and develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders
- Make designated number of outbound calls and emails to qualify leads based on hot, medium, and cold designation using the automated platform in Acumatica
- Create a personalized plan of strategic engagement for top prospects
- Uncover pain points and understand prospective clients' short-term and long-term strategic objectives, working with the business solutions team to recommend tools and robust solutions
- Maintain and enhance the prospect client experience with a cadence of touch points, follow up, and educational/informational phone calls and/or emails
- Regularly enter, update, and maintain information on prospective clients in our CRM (Acumatica)
- Assist the sales team by performing administrative tasks including creating opportunities and registering leads with publishers
- Stay abreast of company and 3rd party offerings
- Analyze and monitor trends in the marketplace, making recommendations to become a partner of choice for prospective clients
- Meet and exceed established quotas and KPIs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2 years of prior experience in an ERP software business development role highly desired
- Strong customer service or call center background
- Ability to clearly communicate company offerings and build rapport with others
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced work environment while meeting goals and deadlines
- Highly organized, with strong ability to prioritize and multitask
- Possess the ability to handle objections with grace
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (Acumatica a plus)
