Role Description

This role involves being a high-performing Business Development Rep focused on growth and career advancement.

  • Generating and following up on leads
  • Identifying prospect pain points and clearly articulating how our product addresses them
  • Delivering compelling product visions and communicating strong value propositions
  • Staying current on product updates, market trends, and industry developments to maintain and grow subject matter expertise
  • Sourcing qualified RFP opportunities through government procurement databases

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B software sales (SaaS)
  • 3 years of experience in B2B sales
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work hours aligned with the time zones of assigned accounts and manager (Central/Eastern/Atlantic)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Requirements

  • Proven experience in remote selling (nice to have)
  • Familiarity with outreach automation tools such as HubSpot and Outreach (nice to have)
  • Experience working with government procurement databases such as GovSpend, Biddingo, and MERX (nice to have)

Compensation

  • USD: $60,000 USD base + variable ($72k OTE)
  • CAD: $75,000 CAD base + variable ($90k OTE)
