Role Description

You are an experienced, personable, outgoing sales professional with a passion for building relationships with clients. You thrive when picking up the phone to call potential clients, discussing our products and their value.

You specialise in maintaining a client portfolio in a B2B sales environment. You are detail-oriented in your work and able to follow a process and record interactions within a CRM. If you have direct experience with acquiring new customers and successfully retaining repeat business then we would love to speak with you.

Joining a newly established Account Management team responsible for building relationships with dealers and enabling their business growth through our Dealer Subscriptions product.

  • Identify and target dealerships in France that align with our brand and platform to bring their vehicles onto our marketplace.
  • Acquiring new Trade customers onto our listing subscriptions through prospective calls & emails.
  • Building and maintaining excellent relationships with Trade sellers/clients.
  • Maximising the benefit to our Trade customers and growing their account with us.
  • Maintaining accurate records within a CRM and subscription management platform.
  • Follow up with Trade sellers/clients to review our service and secure subscription renewal.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in B2B sales, ideally in the automotive or marketplace industry selling subscription packages.
  • Experience in generating sales relationships from scratch through multiple channels such as outbound calls.
  • Demonstrable experience working and exceeding in a target-driven environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills, able to build long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Native French speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in English to communicate with international colleagues.
  • A hands-on, get-stuff-done, action-orientated approach.
  • Interest in classic cars is a bonus.
