Role Description
Broadridge is hiring! We are seeking an experienced Mid-Market Sales Representative. In this position you will report to the VP, Head of Wealth Product Sales. We are looking for a high energy, driven sales professional whose ability to understand and develop client and internal relationships will contribute directly to our growth objectives.
- Maintain strong product knowledge of the full solution suite as well as competitive offerings
- Build and execute account-based sales strategies, collaborating with internal teams to drive deals to closure consistently and effectively
- Identify new business opportunities within new and existing clients
- Lead the sales process from origination through to close, including qualification, executive presentations, business case/ROI development, proposal, and contract negotiation
- Effectively and consistently build and manage sales pipeline to ensure quarterly and annual sales attainment
- Fully understand prospect's technology stack, buying process, and stakeholder engagement (org chart and powerbase) to accurately align selling/buying process
- Provide client demonstrations including solution overview, market positioning, competition analysis, commercials, and guidance on contracting
- Partner with internal resources to provide the necessary expertise and support during the sales and solutioning process, including legal, finance, product, and senior management
- Represent Broadridge at industry conferences and regional events
Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in Financial Services a/o Software
- B.A./B.S.
- Ability to build, foster, and maintain key relationships, including senior executive level relationships
- Proven track record of success in achieving / exceeding sales quotas
- Ability to originate opportunities, manage the sales process, and close sales
- Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical, organizational and project management skills
- Ability to lead internal and external meetings
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Strong MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint skills
- Strong technical foundation; ability to use CRM, MS Office, social tools, etc.
- Willing to travel frequently for clients and prospect meetings
Requirements
- Salary range $80,000- $85,000. Bonus Eligible.
