Role Description

Remote Talent LATAM is partnering with a corporate franchise development team to hire a focused and results-driven Outbound Franchise Development Representative. In this role, you’ll make high-volume outbound calls to independent business owners, introduce franchise conversion opportunities, and generate qualified interest for the internal sales team. You are not responsible for closing; your role is to connect, qualify, and move prospects to the next step.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of cold calling experience targeting U.S. businesses
• Proven experience handling high-volume outbound activity
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong phone presence and ability to speak confidently with business owners
• Experience following structured scripts and approved messaging
• Comfortable asking direct, qualifying questions about business operations
• Experience using CRM systems and updating lead trackers (Google Sheets or similar)
• Comfortable working with measurable KPIs and performance tracking

Requirements

• Compensation: $1,200 (USD) + commissions
• Two weeks of paid time off
• Observed US Holidays
• This is a full-time role with 8-hour shifts, totaling approximately 40 hours per week.
• Candidates must be able to work standard USA business hours, Monday through Friday.
