Role Description
We seek an AVP – Account Management with 12+ years of experience to own and scale relationships with our most strategic customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SaaS account management, revenue growth, and customer retention, with the leadership skills to drive long-term partnerships.
- Strategic Client Relationships: Act as the primary executive contact for key accounts, fostering trust and alignment with C-level stakeholders.
- Revenue Expansion: Identify and execute upselling/cross-selling opportunities to maximize account value.
- Customer Success: Proactively address challenges, ensure high satisfaction, and minimize churn through data-driven engagement.
- Account Planning: Develop and implement tailored account strategies to deepen engagement and ROI.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
- Data-Led Decision Making: Leverage analytics to anticipate customer needs and align Digitap.ai’s solutions.
- Contract Leadership: Own renewal negotiations and commercial terms to sustain and grow partnerships.
Qualifications
- 12+ years in Key Account Management, Customer Success, or Enterprise Sales, with a focus on SaaS/Fintech/B2B tech.
- Proven ability to mentor teams and influence senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to interpret customer data and market trends for strategic growth.
- Understanding of SaaS models, APIs, and enterprise software workflows.
- Self-driven with a track record of owning high-value accounts end-to-end.
