Role Description

As an Amazon Account Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing the Amazon Seller account, optimizing listings, and driving overall account growth. Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing and managing the Amazon Seller account to ensure optimal performance and account growth.
Creating and optimizing SEO-friendly product listings, including A/B testing for images, content, and pricing strategies.
Monitoring and managing inventory levels, forecasting demand, and coordinating warehouses and FBA operations.
Conducting market research, adjusting pricing strategies, and optimizing promotions based on competitor analysis.
Ensuring compliance with Amazon’s policies, resolving account health issues, and managing reimbursements as necessary.
Tracking and analyzing key performance metrics, utilizing data tools to adjust strategies and ensure continuous improvement.
Managing customer feedback, resolving disputes, and maintaining high ratings and seller feedback.

Qualifications

Higher education (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Strong understanding of Amazon's marketplace tools, advertising strategies, and industry trends.
Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced work environment with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Highly detail-oriented, with strong follow-up skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Fluent in both English and Lithuanian, with excellent communication skills.
Prior experience in e-commerce marketplaces is a plus.
