Role Description
This role involves managing a portfolio of B2B customers in the IT industry to close deals and increase revenue.
- Maintain E2E cycle management for a portfolio of B2B customers
- Maintain accurate customer master record including licenses, software, and service contract expiration dates
- Update customer contact information in the CRM or other available tools required by the business
- Manage areas of focus to meet set targets and maintain the existing customer base and revenue
- Answer customer inquiries via e-mail to fulfill requests for information and resolution of basic/standard issues or sales inputs within the defined SLA
- Utilize existing client relationships to generate referral new business leads
- Manage relationships with designated contacts (i.e. purchasing agents) to grow sales and maintain a business partnership
Qualifications
- Pro-active
- Great storyteller and an even better listener
- Excellent communication skills: written and verbal required
- Demonstrate ability to meet deadlines
- Team player willing to share learnings from successes and challenges alike
- Authentic approach
- Fluently speak French
- Good English
- Previous sales/customer service experience
