Role Description
Lago is seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Manager to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction while identifying opportunities for growth. You will serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned accounts, leveraging your expertise to understand their goals and deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs. Your ability to balance client demands with company resources will contribute significantly to client retention and satisfaction. You will work collaboratively with internal teams, from sales to support, to ensure the successful delivery of services.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling communication via email and leading monthly calls.
- Conduct monthly client meetings to present campaign performance reports, address questions, and manage concerns proactively.
- Oversee and coordinate account deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
- Utilize Asana to follow internal workflows for client relationship management, onboarding, retention, and growth strategies.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, particularly in a remote setting.
- 10/10 people skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Near-native English proficiency (as close to an American accent as possible) and a polished Zoom presence.
- Hands-on experience in SEO, Google Ads, or Meta Ads is required.
- Ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and deadlines efficiently.

- Strong communication and emotional intelligence.
