Role Description

We are looking for an Account Executive to focus on DrChrono Software and RCM sales. DrChrono, an EverCommerce solution, is at the forefront of a healthcare and technology transformation.

  • Become a DrChrono product expert and learn to masterfully demonstrate the entire DrChrono platform from scheduling to the clinical workflow to billing using both a computer and iPad
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow-up during the end stages of the sales cycle
  • Maintain account and opportunity updates within Salesforce
  • Serve as a role model and mentor for new team members and help them achieve success
  • Send out world-class proposals and get back signed contracts
  • Work on multiple technology platforms; including Docusign, Gmail, Salesforce, Groove, MS Office, Zoom and more
  • Reach and/or exceed monthly quota
  • Participate in a winning and supportive team environment

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of EHR experience is preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales closing role, preferred
  • Knowledge of SaaS and/or subscription-based business sales models
  • An understanding of the RCM industry and services
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding against quota and outlined metrics
  • Salesforce experience
  • Strong communication, negotiating, and time management skills with excellent interpersonal skills
  • An aptitude for problem-solving and the ability to determine solutions for customers using a consultative sales approach
  • High energy, company first, positive attitude: Passionate about this opportunity and making a massive impact in the healthcare world
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • A college degree or equivalent business experience

Requirements

This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation

EverCommerce is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual target base compensation for this position is $60,000 + $7,427/month in commission. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
