Role Description
This role involves driving sales, building relationships, and expanding market presence.
- Identify and engage potential customers for machines and consumables
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Provide product demonstrations and technical insights to customers
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales (preferably in industrial equipment, manufacturing, or consumables)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to understand technical products and explain their value to clients
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Experience with CRM software and sales reporting is a plus
- Willingness to travel as needed
Requirements
- Proven track record in B2B sales, consultative selling, or industrial equipment sales
- Strong communication skills – Ability to build relations, negotiate deals, and present solutions effectively
- Self-motivation – A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets
- Technical aptitude – Comfort with learning and explaining technical products to clients
- Experience with CRM systems, pipeline management, and reporting
- Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events
- Language – Swedish and/or Norwegian as well as English in writing and speaking
