Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive, LATAM to drive revenue growth, expand our client base, and strengthen our presence in Latin America (+ Spain). In this role, you will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—by engaging with music and entertainment businesses, presenting our solutions, and securing long-term partnerships.

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify and close new business opportunities in the LATAM region (+ Spain).
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their business needs and demonstrating the value of our products.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and sales presentations.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales development teams to optimize lead generation and qualification efforts.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales activities in the CRM.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Represent Revelator at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Native Spanish speaker with flawless written and spoken communication – MUST
  • Professional-level English proficiency – MUST
  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales, business development, or account management – MUST
  • Experience working in the Music industry – MUST
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.) – MUST
  • Experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot certification is a plus).
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Prior experience in remote sales and working across multiple time zones – Advantage
