[Hiring] Senior Researcher @Remote Recruitment

Role Description

Are you ready to play a pivotal role in connecting exceptional talent with transformative leadership opportunities? A leading UK-based executive search firm is looking for a Senior Researcher to join their high-performing team, working across Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Aerospace and Renewable Energy.

You will be a key player in delivering end-to-end executive search assignments:

• Independently manage and deliver multiple executive search projects at the same time
• Work with Partners and Client Partners to develop detailed client briefs, screening tools and supporting documentation
• Identify and approach high-calibre candidates through targeted research using LinkedIn, email, phone and automation tools
• Conduct structured competency-based interviews to assess suitability against client mandates
• Produce longlists and shortlists with accompanying written candidate reports
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate and client communication throughout the process
• Support offer management and negotiation alongside the Client Partner
• Document and manage all candidate data in the internal CRM
• Feed market insight from candidate conversations back into business development

Qualifications

• Proven ability to work autonomously and generate quality candidate shortlists
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills at senior or executive level
• Excellent written and spoken English, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders
• Comfortable running multiple projects to deadline
• A strong learning mindset and drive for continuous professional development
• Reliable fibre or LTE internet, a working laptop and access to LinkedIn
• A quiet, dedicated workspace and the ability to work UK business hours

Requirements

• Familiarity with Life Sciences, Engineering or Supply Chain markets
• Experience using a recruitment CRM or ATS
• Experience with sourcing automation tools
