Role Description

Enterprise Knowledge is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive part-time Research Librarian to join our dynamic team in the management consulting industry. As a critical member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our consultants and clients by providing access to high-quality information resources and research solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for research and a commitment to enhancing business intelligence through effective knowledge management practices. In this position, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive research to gather relevant data and information for consulting projects.
• Curating, managing, and updating the library's information resources and databases.
• Developing and implementing effective research strategies tailored to client needs.
• Providing research support to project teams, including literature reviews and data analysis.
• Assisting in the creation and maintenance of bibliographies and reference lists for projects.
• Training and supporting team members in utilizing library resources and research tools.
• Collaborating with team members to identify knowledge gaps and develop solutions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Library Science, Information Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in research methodologies and information literacy.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Familiarity with library management systems and research databases.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

• Salary for this part-time role is $35,000.
