Role Description

We are looking for an evaluation-focused Research Director with proven business generation experience. You will sit at the heart of our Research and Consulting team. You will have significant responsibility for business generation through bid writing and relationship management. You will also lead flagship projects and play a key role in managing our talented team.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of winning mid- to large-sized evaluation contracts.
• Strong bid writing and/or brilliant account management skills.
• History of delivering large, complex projects.
• Expertise in specialist sectors: education and skills, health, science and technology, utilities, transport, and housing/built environment.
• Econometric evaluation experience (bonus).
