Role Description

Are you analytical by nature and motivated by work that truly matters? We are looking for a Research Analyst to join Cook Medical on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will support our customer insights activities across a global, purpose-driven organization — contributing to improved customer experiences and the development of medical devices that make a real difference to patients around the world every day. You will join a remote team and have the flexibility to work from one of our sites in Denmark, Ireland, or the United States, making this an exciting opportunity for candidates across these locations.

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support understanding customer needs and preferences.
• Collect and interpret data from a variety of internal and external sources.
• Maintain ongoing touchpoint surveys and feedback collection mechanisms.
• Prepare clear reports, summaries, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Support and lead primary market research activities as needed.
• Help maintain documentation and data integrity in line with Cook Medical quality standards.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and proactive colleague with a solid foundation in research and data analysis.
• Bachelor or master degree in a relevant field such as Business, Data Analytics, Marketing, or Statistics.
• Prior experience in a research or analytical role — ideally within the medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Qualtrics (or other similar survey platforms).
• Experience in data visualization or statistical tools is a plus.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• A collaborative, cross-cultural mindset.
• Experience with AI tools and data concepts, including the ability to critically evaluate AI outputs, improve workflows using approved tools, and communicate AI-driven insights.
