[Hiring] Tester @Dedalus

Role Description

Join us as our Tester at Dedalus, one of the World’s leading healthcare technology companies, in Bosnia and Herzegovina to do the best work of your career and make a profound impact in providing better care for a healthier planet.

As the Tester you will ensure the quality, reliability, and safety of the amPHI platform through rigorous, hands-on testing. Working closely with the Business Analyst/Test Lead and development team, you will:

• Design and execute manual test cases based on requirements and acceptance criteria
• Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing across the amPHI platform
• Contribute to test automation efforts where applicable
• Log, document, and track defects to resolution
• Verify fixes and validate release readiness for assigned scope

In addition, you will:

• Ensure test coverage addresses functional, regulatory (including MDR), and patient-safety requirements
• Maintain clear and accurate test documentation and traceability
• Flag quality risks early to the Business Analyst/Test Lead and development team

You will collaborate by:

• Working closely with developers to clarify requirements and reproduce defects
• Participating in sprint ceremonies (planning, refinement, review)
• Supporting the Business Analyst/Test Lead in test planning and prioritization

Technology environment includes:

• amPHI platform (Microsoft .NET / C#, ASP.NET Core, Blazor)
• Test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps or equivalent)
• SQL Server (for data validation)
• Basic exposure to test automation tooling is a plus

Located in Bosnia and Herzegovina with the ability to work remotely from a suitable environment when necessary.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in software testing
• Solid understanding of test design techniques and defect lifecycle management
• Attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing
• Good communication skills
• Fluent English

Requirements

• Experience working in Agile product development environments (desirable)
• Interest in or exposure to regulated/healthcare software testing (desirable)
• Experience with or exposure to test automation tooling (desirable)
