[Hiring] Test Manager @EPAM

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to lead quality assurance activities within an IT Service Management (ITSM) environment. The successful candidate will own the test approach and coordinate the full testing lifecycle, working closely with project managers, business users, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that solutions meet business and technical expectations.

• Develop and maintain the overall test approach and strategy
• Manage the complete test lifecycle, from planning and preparation through execution and closure
• Coordinate testing activities across project managers, business users, engineers, and other stakeholders
• Establish and maintain defect-management and test-status reporting processes
• Track testing progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and defect resolution
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Ensure test evidence and results are documented appropriately
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and support business users throughout the process
• Obtain formal business sign-off before test completion and release

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in test management
• Experience working in an IT Service Management (ITSM) environment
• ISTQB Test Manager certification
• Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills
• Proven experience managing the end-to-end testing lifecycle
• Experience coordinating project managers, business users, engineers, and other stakeholders
• Experience supporting user acceptance testing and obtaining business sign-off
• Ability to establish defect-management and test-status reporting processes
• Hands-on experience with the Xray plug-in for Jira
• Practical experience using Postman for API testing
• Experience working with ServiceNow in an ITSM context
