Role Description

We are looking for a talented Test Automation Engineer to join our team in Florham Park, NJ! In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring software quality by designing and executing automated test solutions. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test scripts
• Execute automated and manual test cases to validate software functionality and performance
• Collaborate with development and product teams to identify testing requirements and acceptance criteria
• Identify, document, and track software defects through the full bug lifecycle
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery
• Analyze test results, generate reports, and communicate findings to stakeholders
• Continuously improve test coverage, efficiency, and best practices across the QA process

Qualifications

• Proven experience in test automation engineering or a related QA role
• Proficiency with automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps
• Strong programming/scripting skills in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, including regression, integration, and performance testing
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
