Qualifications

• Test Planning and Execution:
• Develop comprehensive test plans and cases in collaboration with Business Analysts and stakeholders.
• Perform manual testing, record results, and report defects.
• Conduct exploratory testing to uncover potential issues.
• Defect Management:
• Identify, log, and track defects using JIRA.
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues, ensuring thorough regression testing.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain clear documentation of test activities and results.
• Create detailed test reports, highlight key findings, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and participate in training to enhance testing skills.
