Role Description

The IT Sr Quality Engineer will work on projects including, but not limited to, web portal security enhancements and medical chart import/export processing. The role involves:

• Defining acceptance test objectives, test cases, and assisting in system and integration testing.
• Resolving technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation.
• Bringing new ideas and initiatives to improve test automation for UI and Non-UI applications while integrating with CI processes.
• Testing and validating applications to ensure accuracy, compliance, efficiency, and scalability.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of the quality engineering team and processes.
• Contributing code, test cases, automation, and test design to an agile team of engineers working across the application stack and portfolio.
• Collaborating with scrum teams in grooming user stories and developing acceptance criteria to deliver quality to customers.

Qualifications

• Experience working in the healthcare industry.
• Understanding of Risk Adjustment and Quality Management business in healthcare.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of development experience creating test case automation.
• 2+ years of experience working with SQL server technologies.
• 2+ years of experience with JavaScript and single-page applications.
• Proven ability to effectively work independently or with a team as a quality engineer.
• Proven ability to effectively articulate and communicate concerns, issues, or inquiries in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Azure cloud experience.
• Professional oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with CICD tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub.
• Experience with Test Driven Development.
• Required Skills: Embedded Coding.
