Role Description

This is a remote position. We are hiring Software Testing Freshers / QA Trainees for entry-level software testing roles. This opportunity is suitable for fresh graduates who want to start their career in Manual Testing, QA Testing, Software Testing, and Automation Testing.

The selected candidates will work with development and QA teams to:

• Test software applications
• Identify bugs
• Prepare test cases
• Ensure product quality before release

The role is ideal for candidates who have basic knowledge of software testing concepts and are serious about building a long-term career in the IT industry.

Requirements

• Understand project requirements and prepare test scenarios
• Create and execute test cases for web and software applications
• Perform functional testing, regression testing, smoke testing, and sanity testing
• Identify, report, and track bugs using tools like Jira or similar bug-tracking platforms
• Work closely with developers to understand issues and verify bug fixes
• Prepare testing reports and maintain proper documentation
• Learn and support basic automation testing activities when required
• Ensure the final product meets quality standards before release
