Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled SDETII to spearhead our automation initiatives, enhance testing frameworks, and lead technical growth within the Quality Engineering (QE) team. This role offers an opportunity to design, develop, and maintain cutting-edge test automation frameworks while mentoring team members and collaborating with development teams to ensure smooth CI/CD integration.

  • Automation Leadership: Lead the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive test automation frameworks.
  • Technical Mentorship: Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to junior Quality Engineers (QEs).
  • Tool & Tech Evaluation: Evaluate and select appropriate automation tools, technologies, and best practices.
  • Best Practices: Establish and enforce best practices for test automation development and maintenance.

Qualifications

  • Test Automation Expertise: Specialize in test automation for complex workflows and integration tests.
  • Framework Enhancement: Improve existing test frameworks and develop tools/scripts for process automation.

  • Location: WFH (Pan India)
