[Hiring] Senior Salesforce QA Tester @JST

Role Description

JST is currently seeking a Senior Salesforce QA Tester to join our team. This is a full-time remote position.

• Develop Test plans and execute Tests in a Salesforce environment
• Provide mentorship for a team of quality assurance testers
• Perform different types of testing, including functional, end-to-end, and regression testing
• Perform Quality Assurance and control
• Report testing status updates, defects/issues, and results
• Develop test cases/scripts and prioritize testing activities
• Collaborate with developers, product owners/SMEs, and other stakeholders
• Identify roles/skills required for tests
• Identify test coverage to ensure all changes in process are tested
• Advise executive stakeholders on key issues and interfaces with other top subject matter experts
• Provide expert guidance and insight into specific business domains and technologies

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience
• Security + Certification (required)
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (required)
• Master's Degree (or 2+ years equivalent additional experience)
• Expert knowledge of testing methodologies and tools, including Agile
• Experience with Salesforce testing and other third party test applications
• Experience in development, requirements, configuration management
• Understanding of AF HR Personnel processes
• Recognized within industry as an innovator driving new best practices and standards within specific scope
