Role Description

The IT Sr Quality Engineer will be involved in projects including, but not limited to:

• Web portal security enhancements
• Medical chart import/export processing
• Risk Adjustment and Quality application enhancements

Responsibilities include:

• Define acceptance test objectives, test cases, and assist in system and integration testing
• Resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation
• Bring new ideas and initiatives to improve test automation for UI and Non-UI applications while integrating with CI processes
• Test and validate applications to ensure accuracy, compliance, efficiency, and scalability
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the quality engineering team and processes
• Contribute code, test cases, automation, and test design to an agile team of engineers working across the application stack and portfolio
• Collaborate with scrum teams in grooming user stories and developing acceptance criteria to deliver quality to customers

Qualifications

• Experience working in the healthcare industry
• Understanding of Risk Adjustment and Quality Management business in healthcare
• Undergrad degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of development experience creating test case automation
• 2+ years of experience working with SQL server technologies
• 2+ years of experience with Javascript and single-page applications
• Proven ability to effectively work independently or with a team as a quality engineer
• Proven ability to effectively articulate and communicate concerns, issues, or inquiries in a timely manner

Requirements

• Azure cloud experience (preferred)
• Professional oral and written communication skills (preferred)
• Experience with CICD tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub (preferred)
• Experience with Test Driven Development (preferred)
• Embedded Coding (required)
