Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Quality Engineer with a strong background in test automation and manual testing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise, hands-on experience with tools and frameworks, and a collaborative mindset to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Test Automation & Framework Development:
  • Design, implement, and maintain test automation frameworks using tools like Robot Framework.
  • Develop test scripts utilizing Robot Framework or other scripting tools.
  • Utilize programming languages such as Python to create robust automated test cases.
  • Implement Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
• Manual & Functional Testing:
  • Perform thorough manual testing where automation is not applicable.
  • Collaborate with team members for cross-functional and cross-product testing efforts.
  • Identify and report bugs using Jira, Xray, or similar tools.
• Team Collaboration & Education:
  • Actively involve the team in quality initiatives and educate them on testing best practices.
  • Work closely with a dedicated product team to establish long-term quality goals.
• Continuous Integration & Deployment (CI/CD):
  • Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab or similar.
  • Integrate automated testing into building pipelines to ensure continuous quality checks.
• Specialized Testing Expertise:
  • Conduct API testing using tools like Postman.
• Domain Expertise:
  • Ensure quality in domain-specific platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Work on applications with complex integrations and workflows.

Qualifications

• +6 years of experience in test automation practices and tools.
• Hands-on experience with Robot Framework, Selenium, and scripting tools.
• English proficiency (B2 or higher) for clear and effective communication.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency in version control systems like Git and development environments like VS Code.
• Strong expertise in designing test scenarios, bug reporting, and executing functional tests.
• Bachelor’s degree completed.

Requirements

• ISTQB Certification or equivalent credentials (Nice to Have).
• Hands-on experience with mobile test automation (Nice to Have).
• Experience with Salesforce testing and related workflows (Nice to Have).
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered testing (Nice to Have).
• Experience with health projects or programs (Nice to Have).
