[Hiring] Senior QA Engineer @GlobalLogic

Role Description

Our client is a leading global Contract Research Organization (CRO) with over 30 years of history in supporting the world's top pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies. The organization manages Phase I-IV clinical trials, market access, and advanced tech solutions to accelerate the development of life-changing treatments worldwide.

You will join an ambitious team developing and supporting custom tools and test automation frameworks, ensuring the highest standards of software quality and compliance in a highly regulated domain.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of total experience in Software Testing
• 1+ years of hands-on experience in Test Automation (Playwright, TypeScript)
• Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Object-Oriented Design (OOD), and design patterns like Page Object Model (POM)
• Solid experience in Functional Testing and modern QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Good technical base: HTTP, REST APIs, and tools like Postman, Swagger, and Browser Dev Tools
• Proven skills in Test Design and Test Strategy implementation
• Fluent English spoken and written communication skills
• Experience guiding QA engineers and driving team deliverables
• Proactive, organized, goal-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Enthusiastic communicator, collaborative team player, customer-oriented, and open to change

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline setup and integration (will be a plus)
• Hands-on experience with .NET stack test automation frameworks (will be a plus)

Job Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance Leadership: Drive QA activities, guide and mentor Junior/Middle QA Engineers, and participate in global QA initiatives
• Automation & Tooling: Create, maintain, and improve custom test automation frameworks and tools
• Code Excellence: Conduct code reviews to maintain modern test automation standards and patterns
• End-to-End Testing: Perform manual functional testing and investigate issues to deliver clear, reproducible technical data to the dev team
• Process & Artifacts: Create critical project-level artifacts and strictly adhere to Quality Management System (QMS) standards and procedures
• Collaboration & Reporting: Provide timely status reports, work closely with software developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
