• Contributing to the performance quality management processes.
• Assists with developing performance improvement strategies.
• Setting and monitoring performance metrics.
• Analyzing data and collaborating with the Lead Engineer and teams.
• Enhancing efficiency and productivity.
• Driving organizational success and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Performance Strategy and Planning:
  • Implement performance test management strategies.
  • Meet goals and performance benchmarks and metrics.
  • Assist with creation of performance testing scripts and execute scripts.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Analyze performance data to help identify areas for improvement.
  • Track progress towards goals.
• Performance Improvement:
  • Implement solutions to address performance gaps and process improvements.
  • May assist with delivering training programs.
• Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align performance goals.
  • Ensure effective implementation of improvement initiatives.
• Monitoring and Evaluation:
  • May assist with monitoring performance metrics.
  • Implement new solutions to improve metrics.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience with Performance Quality/Test scripting and execution.
• Solid proficiency in using popular performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling).
• Experience with AppDynamics.
• Solid to Strong Analytical Skills.
• Understanding of System Architecture.
• Debugging and Troubleshooting skills.
• General familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools.
• General test design skills.
• Basic Understanding of Programming Concepts.
• Experience with Load and Stress Testing.
• Basic Understanding of Databases.
• Good problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to clearly communicate performance issues and test results.
• Effective collaboration with developers, QA engineers, and other team members.
• Ability to interpret performance data and identify trends and issues.
• Strong self-motivation and time-management skills.
